The staff at Jerusalem Dental Center for Children is made up of dentists and assistants trained in the U.S. and Israel—as well as a handful of support members who are ready to help schedule appointments, handle billing, and answer questions.

Dr. Isaac Perle, Chairman
Dr. Isaac Perle is in private practice in Brick, New Jersey. From 1980-2015, he maintained a dental practice in Brookline, MA. During that time, he also served as a faculty member at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and the Forsyth Dental Center, as well as a mentor to Boston University’s Henry Goldman School of Dental Medicine’s Apex Program.
Dr. Perle is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society and the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity. He was recently appointed to the Touro College of Dental Medicine Advisory Board.
Judy Yehezkel, Executive Director
Judy came to Israel from England in 1984, and since then has been working in the dental field. After four years in a private dental clinic, Judy joined the Luba Slome Dental Center in 1990 and has been with Luba Slome since. As executive director, Judy ensures the smooth running of the clinic on a day-to-day basis, overseeing all office and organizational functions including the calculation of the clinic budget, payment of salaries, production of annual reports, and contact with government authorities. Judy oversaw the major design and renovation of the center in 2006.
Dr. Joshua Joseph Rubin, DDS, Clinical Director
Dr. Joshua Joseph Rubin, DDS, Clinical DirectorDr. Rubin graduated from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland, as a DDS in 2002 and earned a degree in Advanced General Dentistry in 2004. He participated in two delegations devoted to dental hygiene instruction to village children in India in 2000-2001, and in 2004 worked with Healthcare for the Homeless. After working in the Oral Surgery Department at the Jackson Hospital, Miami, and as a private practice associate in a general practice office and in the John-Hopkins Medical Complex, Dr. Rubin made aliyah with his family in 2007 and joined the staff of the Luba Slome Dental Center. As from September 2012 serves as clinical director of the clinic.
